1.      Cycle the complete system at the thermostat (including fan operation).

2.      Clean and level the thermostat.

3.      Replace customer supplied throwaway filter or clean the permanent filter.

4.      Remove and clean the indoor blower assembly if needed (includes motor).

5.      Remove any trash or debris from indoor and outdoor units.

6.      Vacuum and clean the return air area under the indoor unit.

7.      Clean indoor cooling coil (if accessible).

8.      Lubricate all moving parts on indoor and outdoor units.

9.      Test and record all voltages and amperages on complete cooling system.

10.  Test and examine all controls on indoor and outdoor units.

11.  Tighten or adjust all belts and pulleys on indoor or outdoor units.

12.  Examine and tighten all electrical connections on the complete system.

13.  Clean and treat the condensate drain line (and condensate pump if included).

14.  Clean and apply protective coating on indoor and outdoor cabinets.

15.  Clean outdoor coil on outdoor unit.

16.  Test and clean outdoor fan motor.

17.  Test and record indoor air temperature.

18.  Test and record indoor temperature drop in cooling mode.

19.  Test and record the superheat of the cooling system.

20.  Test and record the subcooling of the cooling system.

21.  Test all start and run capacitors.
