Just received a phone call that wanted to talk to "management".

John and Diane Moore of Rowlett just oozed appreciation and thankfulness for Joe.  What they said was:

"We have two units that are ten years old and will need to be replaced sometime soon.  However, we had 3 or 4 other companies come out and give us estimates - gave us a song and dance - and said they needed to be replaced for about $8500. 

Joe came out, was here right on time, he evaluated the situation, looked inside , looked outside, and just left around 10:30.  He was incredible, he was polite, concerned, completely repaired the system, ran a new wire, revved up the system and only charged $278. 

This man deserves a pat on the back!!!  When we replace the unit, we will definitely be calling Washburn!!"

This is a recommendation for Washburn Htg. & A/C services, Inc.  I find this company to be flexible, reliable, and most of all, trustworthy.  When I needed their service, they spent time with me to find out what my family's needs were and how they might fill those needs within our budget.  They did not try to give me that "big

deal" that big companies might try to pass off as savings to us. But, their prices were competitive and I felt that I would get more than for what I paid.They came to my home when they said thay would, and did everything they said they would and a little more...I felt very taken care of and would use only their services should I need such again.
